Vascular app

Download the vascular app to an Android device.

The vascular app is not distributed from Play Store and the android device must be enabled for inatallation from unknown sources before the download can succeed. To do this proceed as follows:

1) On your android device goto
        Settings >> Applications >> Unknown Sources (Android OS 3.0 and earlier), or
        Settings >> Security >> Unknown Sources (Android OS 4.0 and later)
and enable the feature. If the feature "Verify apps" is also available, enable this too.

2) Access this page from your android device and touch the "Download" button.

This will download the vascular app to your "Downloads" folder.

3) If you have selected the "Verify Apps" feature noted in (1), above you will be asked if you wish to confirm the download before it begins. If so, touch the "OK" to start the download.

4) Go to the Downloads folder and touch the entry "vascular-release.apk". You will be asked if you wish to install the vascular application. Touch "Install" and touch "Done" when the installation has finished.

5) If you wish to delete the Vascular install file, return to the Downloads folder and long touch "vascular-release.apk" This will bring up a menu of options. Touch the trash bin to delete the installation file.

6) You may now return to "Unknown Sources" and disable this setting if you wish. Note that if you install any future updates to "Vascular" you will have to re-enable this setting.

"Vascular" will now appear in your list of application files. It may be dragged to your home page if you wish.

Note that at present, this has only been tested on a Nexus 7.
